Viscenzo Rigobeni is an italian stand user on his 20s? born from the Stand Arrow who at first just got a weird depression and lack on energy on the following rainy days, but on the first sunny day discovered his stand and that it has color powers!! He thought it was lame, and while he’s not arrogant he does feel bad about having a lame power, he’s just a bit spoiled! He has a hard time believing fate gives him lame things u feel. HOWEVER he just didn’t care enough to explore all of its abilities, which he did… at some point in which shit went DOWN…. & realized his abilities are pretty cool! but it’s still sucky to have low energy on rainy days.

He’s very flamboyant (just a little more above average for jojo standards PROBABLY) and a little entitled? but doesn’t have too much dignity or courage. hopefully he Grows. tho he’s not a bad person, he’s actually quite cheerful and has learned to cope with rainy days! he probably works w his family but would love to follow his dreams… but doesn’t have the courage to do that either :’(

also fun fact: It has happened since he got his stand, but it rains one or two days everywhere he goes, and it’s sunny the next day. This happens everywhere, even in a desert, unless there’s already an active tamper on weather. He has no control over this, and the family job required him to travel very often so it’s both kind of annoying and also pretty cool!

SO the standO

Color manipulation: Mr Blue Sky gets its powers from the light of the day and stores it in its color compartments, from which it can use it for diverse purposes:

• Mr Blue Sky can use colors to give a boost to the items its user is holding. Primary colors have a standard effect: red boosts damage, green boosts endurance and blue boosts energy. These colors can be combined and used for varied effects, but they multiply the storaged color used.
• Mr Blue Sky can’t regenerate its colors at night, though it can draw little power from artificial light sources in an emergency. Being colorless affects its user, and if the compartments are broken the stand and user will be heavily damaged. The compartments are both filled with light and liquid of the respective color.
• The more powerful the use of its attacks, the more flashy they are. Mr Blue Sky is only good at stealth when not attacking, otherwise it glows with all the colors of the rainbow. Mr Blue Sky can double as a light source, it only uses up its colors when at night or in a dark place.
• It can manipulate the temperature of a surface via coloring it. Warm colors turn it warm, cool colors turn it cool. It’s nothing impressive, but it can mimic human temperature among other stealth uses.
• Mr Blue Sky can also camouflage its user and itself by mimicking the colors of its environment. This only works if the user stays still.
• Mr Blue Sky is also gifted by the ability to paint hyperrealistic objects, capable of fooling others from far away. It can also paint on living things, but it can’t override physical features. It can falsify certain objects by painting on them (such as painting a legit 100$ bill in a 1$ bill). This ability doesn’t wash out too fast unless it’s used on its user.
