Luca

Likes to pull pranks and scare other Pokemon, but not in an evil sense. 

 He doesn’t speak much. Luca occassionally set up little shops along travelers routes to sell rare wares he's somehow obtained. He's recently teamed up with a rather friendly Gastly, as he has often scared potential customers away with ghostly looks and raspy chuckles.

He can control the orbs floating around his body, but often just allows them to bob around him slowly. They also provide light, if he chooses to do so.
