Personal History
Originally from the state of Louisiana, Marcy left her home to study Biotechnology in Brooklyn, New York on a university scholarship. When her class was introduced to a guest speaker by the name of Baxter Stockman, Marcy took interest in his work immediately. She learned of his research career at Techno Cosmic Research Industries (TCRI) and with his help, began an internship under his guidance. For two years, Marcy kept a close and friendly bond with her mentor during the development of the MOUSER program.
As Shredder furthered his secret threats and demands behind closed doors, Stockman began to cripple beneath the violent pressure. In order to cut his ties from the Foot Clan, he would need to deliver a piece of robotic engineering that would guarantee his freedom. It took days of audacious planning; he spilled himself over sleepless nights and tried his best to swallow the guilt. In the end, he captured Marcy and promised to deliver something phenomenal if Shredder was willing to take the new project in trade. An agreement was made.
When Marcy came to, her lower limbs had been replaced with a solid titanium. Wires and sensors had been drilled and implanted; her human body as she knew it had been drastically altered while under anesthesia by Stockman's technology. Project 'Mouse-XT2' was complete; the first human-hybrid mouser.
Current Events
The damage had been done, but the sin and shame of the Mouse-XT2 project couldn't allow him to destroy her further. He returned to the Shredder and allowed her warehouses and laboratories to hide herself away.
Still living in New York City, she made a tiny dwelling from an old decrepit subway station and fully adopted the project name as her full Alias. An accidental encounter during a food scavenging run lead to an awkward first meeting with strange, talking turtles. When they need help with Stockman technology or TCRI information, they can always come to the young cybernetic who once worked inside of the building for answers-- or the brothers just show up occasionally for spicy snacks.
Baxter hadn't wanted to do such a horrible thing and in the end, still had heart to let her go. Despite his fate, she still believes there is good in him somewhere under that mutated fly exterior and would like to see him return to the kind man he once was.
Additionally, she fancies Timothy (The Pulverizer) quite a bit and tends to spend much of her personal time with him; (pre-mutagen accident).
