Backstory - This version of Miss Mae has mostly the same events in her backstory. One of the main differences in her childhood is that she was born with a cleft palate. Because of this, she often faced bullying and teasing when she was younger. Her parents died when she was 8, as usual, and she stills ends up in canada after being adopted by Adelia. In this universe, Adelia grows more cruel than usual, and instead of just neglecting Bootleg Mae, she also physically abuses her, which causes some of her facial scars. As usual, Bootleg Mae runs away at 18 and ends up in New York. She begins to wears a facial prosthetic that looks like a smiley face at this point. Neighbors and onlookers are creeped out by her appearance. She starts to work at Joey Drew studios (since Bootleg mae was created in the "BATIM fanfic" stage of Innerfall) And she starts to work as a key frame artist. Nobody talks to her much, simply due to how off putting she is. One day, Wally Franks was an asshole- and he tried to pull off Bootleg Mae's prosthetic- He ended up breaking one of the clasps in the process, and Mae's actual face was visible to everyone- Susie Campbell ended up fixing the mask for Bootleg Mae and that's how they fell in love- For the next several weeks afterwards, Workers around the studio would make comments about Bootleg Mae's face- One day she snapped and turned emo when she got home and then she casually went on a mass murder spree in the studio the next day- she beat everyone to death with a bat- Except for Susie- She proclaimed her love for Susie and Susie hesitantly accepted her feelings and then they started dating- They lived happily emo after, the end-
