d'Artagnan

Chaos, tranquility, nothingness. In some far corner of the universe, where nothing comprehensible exists, an undescribable blob split into many more little blobs, each generating incredible qualities due to the way nothing had logic or made sense. d'Artagnan, the painter of the soul, was one of many blobs born from that event. Sent to habitate Earth with other blobs, they all had the mission to not bother the living beings of the planet unless extremely necessary. Of course, that would've been boring, so the group agreed to help earthlings only sometimes, as a little treat.

Expectedly, Pongo's sudden attack on Earth is what would count as an emergency to the dimension rascals, so they are willing to help the planet's inhabitants against this looming threat. 

d'Artagnan was gifted with the ability of the arts. They can use their creative drive to paint anything they want, using anything as their canvas, or to make a sculpture out of anything nearby, or to turn any debris into a beatiful piece of art. Their gift is more focused at entertainment than those of their siblings, but that means d'Artagnan has been able to interact with people of the Earth more often than their companions. Of course, for such a mysterious being, there could be something hiding from the common eye...
