Designs:

• All designs, regardless of how you received them, can be sold for their current worth
  • designs received through raffles/gifts are an exception - their worth will always be reset to $0; they are allowed to be sold once artwork ( with monetary value ) is added.
  • please avoid asking for more than the characters' worth - you are allowed to round their value up to the nearest cent ( ex: $1.50  ⇢ $2 )

• Adding personal and payment art to the characters' worth is perfectly fine with me:

  • if the artist of the artwork allows it, then feel free to build the characters' worth off of the newly added artwork!
  • however please avoid adding monetary value to art received through requests/gifts!

• All designs must be kept on toyhou.se so they can remain properly credited/kept track of

  • you may sell to those off-site as long as the profile remains on this site ( i have several toyhou.se codes available so do let me know if the owner would like one! )
  • if you decide to private/hide any of my designs please authorize me so i am able to see them still ( you are always allowed to unauthorize me if you rehome them! )
  • If you are uncomfortable with me being able to view the private/hidden design, you may message me and let me know that you are their current owner so I know who owns them currently!

• You may redesign any of my designs to your given extent - just avoid editing any of my artworks/the original image when doing so!

  • i don't mind if you change the entire design as long as i am still credited for the old/original design ( feel free to add yourself for designer credit if the design is too different from the original! )
• If you received my designs through a trade and their worth is unknown, feel free to reference my commission prices and use that as their current worth!

Commissions/Art: 

( i rarely open commissions )

• Please avoid editing my artwork - I do not feel comfortable with anyone changing aspects of my art even if its to update their design 
  •  this goes for my sketch commissions ( they are not bases and are meant to be just sketches )

• Do not use my art for any reasons unless it was commissioned or came with a character 

  • please avoid using it for commercial/advertising uses unless asked beforehand.

• When commissioning me, or getting art from me, please give me as much time as possible

  • I am not always motivated to complete art, and I do not want to have to rush any pieces just because you cannot wait a bit. (i struggle with my art style so please note this)

• When requesting art from me, please know that I am not obligated to draw your character, especially if its for free. 

  • Please avoid getting mad when I do not choose your character to draw when requesting art - It is free and I am allowed to choose who I want to draw.
  • For commissions, please know that I do not have to accept your commission if I do not want to draw the character you want drawn.
    • ( sometimes i find it hard to draw certain characters )
• All payment for commissions must be sent when a sketch is shown; for sketch commissions, I will tell you beforehand to send payment and I will send the sketch once payment is sent.

• If I need to cancel your commission/payment, please know that its either ( I will let you know the reason ):

  • I have no motivation to complete the commission/payment
  • I am dealing with personal issues that i do not feel comfortable sharing

  • I cannot draw your character ( it looks bad, which makes me lose motivation to finish )

    • ( you are free to send a different character if this happens though! )

Design Raffles:

• have fun with these, please avoid getting mad if you aren't the one chosen to win the design!
• follow the provided instructions listed in the characters' profile:
  • if you must favorite one of my characters to enter, feel free to unfavorite if you want 
    • ( though i'd prefer if you favorite characters you'll keep in your favorites )
• if you end up disconnecting with the character/design, feel free to return them to me
  • if you have added artwork, with monetary value, feel free to list them up for trade/sale
  • you may ping/message me if you'd like to let me know they're up for offers ( though i might not have anything to offer )
  • you are always allowed to regift the character/design to anyone!
