Quirk/Superpower: 

Electricity and Super Hearing.

Kurisu's main ability is being able to harness and expel electrical power based attacks by conducting electricity through his horns, which are naturally made of a metallic type material which help him conduct and pull in the electricity from the elctro magnetic channels in the air and surrounding area. However, not just his horns can carry the element. The iron in his blood also acts as a natural conductor, which in plain terms, means his skin can also act as a surface for an electrical reaction. Because of this, when his blood pressure gets high (such as when he gets anxious or angry) the surface of his skin might feel a bit staticy and sparky. Similar to when you might rub a blanket very fast and see some very minor electrical sparks. Nothing dangerous nor powerful, just a side effect.  

However, during lightning storms is when he is at his most powerful because of the high amount of electricity within the atmosphere. His horns, acting like built in lighting rods, can attract raw lighting to strike down and absorb into his horns, which then, obviously, can absorb through his entire being, giving him a temporary but dangerously strong electrical aura. In this state, he cannot hear or speak, and his vision is blurry do to the amount of the electricity pulsing through his veins and blood. BUT, if he were able to properly focus, he can expel the electric current from a point in his body (ex. Fingers, horns, legs,ect.) Similar to Pikachu's popular move 'thunderbolt'. Of course this particular move will have dire consequences, as not only can he risk injuring those who are around him due to his lack sense (like hearing and vision), but doing this not only draws out the electricity from the lighting he'd just attracted, but it also uses every ounce of the element within his bloodstream as well, making his blood pressure dangerously low and often times, having him pass out due to the abrupt drain in his power. Because of this, he often carries highly sugary snacks in his first aid pack so he can attempt to raise his blood pressure and sugar quickly during battle. Even so, it may take a few days to fully recover and naturally regain the normal balance of electricity in his body.

His other power, while not as interesting or impressive as electricity, can actually be a bit more useful. His cat-like ears that sit atop his head, act like satellites, collecting certain sound frequencies that a normal human ear might not pick up. His hearing, due to this, is extremely sensitive and while it is useful, it can be a burden as well. Loud noises up close cause him to be crippled due to the immense pain and damage that can occur to his eardrums.  And often at a young age, his ears would pop from loud noises bouncing off his ear-drums at close quarters. Nowadays he uses a varity of custom made ear-plugs that sit deeply within his ear canal but can be easily removed to use this power for missions (or if he wanted to over-hear something from far away). Some sets are made specifically for loud instances and other ear-plug sets are made for instances like being in a classroom, able to hear but not OVERhear. The max limit his hearing can reach is up to 30 feet. So if someone whispered something a room or two away and he didn't have his earplugs in, he most likely could pick up on the convo. But he does not like to use his ability for such things (usually).
