BIO

Thunder the Hedgehog is my main OC.  He was originally created in Sonic Forces, and redesigned in 2019.  

He is the son of hedgehogs Axel (Dad) and Buttercup (Mom).  Buttercup died from a brain tumor when Thunder was four, and since then, it's just been the two of them.  But they promised never to give up on each other.  Once Thunder had grown, he found himself in the midst of the War to take back the planet, and at odds with Dr. Eggman and Infinite.  Thunder had undergone an incredible journey of self-discovery, finding the hero within himself, and aiding the Resistance in defeating the Eggman Empire.  After the war was over, he went on to form his own team.  The New Freedom Fighters.  He leads them on missions to right the wrongs around the world, and protect the innocent.  

Thunder may not have powers, but that doesn't mean he isn't powerful.  He has mastered many forms of mixed martial arts.  He is also an expert in parkour.  Thunder is also a brilliant strategist.  That combined with his leadership skills makes him an ideal team leader.  

He also wears a backpack where he keeps various wispons and other gadgets that he may need for any situation he faces.  He always seems ready and able to adapt to any given situation he faces.  

He is kind and compassionate, but can also be stubborn as well.  He also has a tendency to set his expectations too high.  Sometimes, he tends to overexplain things as well.  But he always puts others before himself, sometimes to a fault.  Thunder believes that a true hero always puts the needs of others ahead of their own.
