Bioengineered soldier, version 13, the last one. Jung's newly assigned buddy cop after his original one (version 1) died in some fucked up accident, but only briefly before Jung deserts to accompany two upstanding citizens on a mission to [do something]. Mark gives chase, partly because it's his job and partly out of some preprogrammed fraternal complex (in short if u know abt the memory implants in blade runner it has to do with that. Or brocon, whatever). Token violent psycho with a (◠‿◠) face and max CHA stat. Goes through a change in mental state after getting shot through the head.
Name origin: "mark thirteen" as in version 13. Just treated as if first name Mark surname Thirteen.
Gun is an Uzi mini (idt it's to scale in the drawing though aieeeeee) I didn't really show the holster but it's like this with the gun on one side and two magazines on the other.
The idea behind his 'competence' is he comes mentally preinstalled with such and such knowlege (matrix 1 "i know kung fu".mp4) but hasn't actually experienced nor understands them. Imagine speaking to chatgpt but instead of the helpful assistant persona it has know-it-all high school senior attitude
