Ability: Strong Jaw (The Pokémon’s strong jaw boosts the power of its biting moves.)

Moveset:

Psychic Fangs (The user bites the target with its psychic capabilities. This can also destroy Light Screen and Reflect.)

Nightmare (A sleeping target sees a nightmare that inflicts some damage every turn.)

Jump Kick (The user jumps up high, then strikes with a kick. If the kick misses, the user hurts itself.)

Role Play (The user mimics the target completely, copying the target’s Ability.)

Personality: 

Persnickety is a excitable, exhausted Pokemon. Despite being a legal adult, she acts quite a bit like a child with the way she speaks, acts and dresses. She is an ambivert, meaning that she enjoys both being alone and being/talking in large groups (although she will need to take a nap afterward to regain mental stamina). She appears to believe that the entire world is a simulation/television show/book/roleplay/etc., and will often wink up at the sky or at the ground after making a funny joke. In fact, half of the things she says are jokes or puns. She is immensely claustrophobic, and hates tight clothing, short ceilings and caves to death. She is also deathly afraid of a plethora of odd things, such as Gogoat/Skidoo-esque Pokemon, bodily functions (so not blood, but the concept that blood is flowing through one's veins), the number 24 and the elderly. Something that fascinates her, however, is dreams. She loves dreams. She loves having dreams, and hearing about dreams, and even just seeing art of dreams that have been had. In fact, if it were a job, she would want that to be her job: looking at and figuring out why Pokemon dream! In fact, if you've had an interesting dream recently, go ahead and comment it, and Persnickety will reply to you!

However, she is not a completely good Pokemon. She can be rather manipulative (although she has been trying to stop herself from being manipulative in the recent past), and often feels 'cheated' by other people when they have done nothing wrong. She talks about Pokemon behind their backs, and can be rather thick-headed when actually contributing to others' ideas. She is desperately lonely, and honestly just wants a friend that will not leave her in a couple of years. She is a paranoid wreck. She is a picky eater. But she can absolutely make a pun if needed.

Backstory:

Persnickety was born to a small family of three many years ago, with a mother, a father and a sister. She and her sister often got into arguments, but they really did love each other. Persnickety went to school, and made friends, but never felt like she could keep them. They kept walking away from her, which made her afraid. She did make a few good friends, friends she thought she would never lose. Unfortunately, she would lose most of them, after a life experience caused her and her family (now with five members, counting a new younger brother) to move elsewhere. She is much happier where she is now- although, she does miss where she once was with a passion. Sometimes, she wishes she could just live out in the woods and make a life for herself. But she would never be bold enough to try.

Persnickety suffers from TMJ-related ailments, which is an annoyance (especially while eating). She is also a projective color-taste synesthetic, and will often tell other Pokemon with nice color palettes that they 'taste good'. This goes as well as one can expect.
