TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S.)

Please read through ALL of these rules before commissioning me.

★ PLEASE! Take a look through my gallery before commissioning me so you will get an idea of what your commission will look like. ★ Please PM or EMAIL me your commission information! Not in the comments! ★ I do NOT accept extremely detailed descriptions on commissions. If it’s too long I will ask you to shorten it. ★ If you ask for edits more than 2 times, I will have to start charging you extra. (Unless it is due to my own negligence and I missed a specific detail.) ★ By agreeing to commission me, you are agreeing to upload your images drawn by me with credit if you so choose to upload them at all. ★ Also, by agreeing to commission me, you are agreeing to my Terms of service and Purchase Policy.

>>Things I WILL draw:<< ♥ Images in my OWN STYLE. ♥ Monsters of any kind. ♥ Clean art (Safe for work/non-pornographic/SFW). ♥ NSFW but for a higher price. ♥ Couple images or Solo. ♥ M/M. ♥ M/F. ♥ Genderless. ♥ Basically any gender or gendered couples. ♥ Any body type (but nothing too extreme). ♥ Ask about NSFW content for pricing.

>>Things I WILL NOT draw:<< ♦ Comics (outside of YCHs). ♦ MY characters with YOUR characters (romantically/relationship speaking). ♦ Extreme fetishes (f you're unsure, feel free to ask! I will draw a lot of things, you need to ask to know for sure). ♦ Anything I feel uncomfortable drawing. I have the right to refuse anyone before I take a commission.

If you have an issue with them, then don’t commission me. ► Also, please allow me ample time to work on your piece, as I have a very busy IRL schedule to work around. I will get it done and to you as fast as I can without sacrificing quality! ► If you have ANY questions regarding my requirements, please PM me.

>>> !IMPORTANT! <<<

1. Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit.

2. If an adoptable is sold that is made by me, you are only allowed to charge others what you paid for the adoptable or less. You forfeit the right to personal use of the adoptable and its art and agree to delete it once personal ownership is transferred.

3. Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: The posting of art in character galleries with credit, cropping for icons and/or graphics. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other PERSONAL uses that do not fall under these categories. Please also try to give credit for my art, it helps many in the long run.

4. Each commission sale post is subject to have individual stipulations for purchasing. Please read & follow them as these rules may not encompass certain types of commissions wholly.

5. Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made during the conception of the image. I will deduct what work I’ve done from the work if a refund is requested partially through progress.

6. I do not show WIPs for commissions of chibis, sketches, flat colored sketches, or anything of similar quality; however I will show sketch, line art, and flat color stages for every other type of commission if permissible. I may however choose to show you WIPs regardless based on my own uncertainty with posing/references, unless it's specifically requested that I do not.

7. Failure on my part to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time as agreed on by myself & the purchaser will result in a full refund. I do my best to get every piece of art commissioned done in a timely manner but sometimes life gets in the way of previously scheduled intentions. The option for full refund if not started or to wait it out will be given in these situations.

8. Commercial usage is NOT available for purchase at this time.

9. I reserve the right to use my artwork for advertisement and print sales. (However at this time, I don't make or sell prints.)

10. Payment is made via Paypal invoice in USD & is expected within 24 hours of an accepted commission. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in commission slot cancellation.

11. Please be aware, I do not allow due dates on any commissions due to my in real life schedules and the spontaneity of it. I will specify in my openings if the commission(s) will take longer than normal, if there is a sudden change in my schedule or so-on. I make it a priority to take no more than one month per piece. Smaller pieces take less time than larger pieces as well. So please keep all this in mind.

12. Once the image is delivered to you, you are NOT allowed to edit the image itself in anyway UNLESS it’s to add watermark(s), artist credit, text links, etc. If you need anything changed on the image, PLEASE contact me and we can discuss it.

>>> PURCHASE POLICY <<<

- These rules apply to those who purchase my products. (adopts or art)

- Although it is not an explicit rule, please be aware that I do not condone the usage of my designs in relation to: race/gender/religion fueled hate speech, and graphic sexual works containing children. And anything else illegal thereof.

- Due to my discomfort with the mentioned matters, users are subject to being warned and subsequently blocked if they persist on publicizing these kinds of works.

- What you do in private is no matter to me, but keep in mind the rules of most websites prohibit this sort of content. ----------------------------------------

>>> RESELLING/TRADING <<<

- Designs may only be resold for the price you paid for them, with the exception of additive prices for additional art with the original artist's permission. Please do not charge extra for gift art/freebies you obtained.

- Designs obtained in trades should only be traded.

- Designs given for free (gift, raffle, etc) may be traded but NOT sold without explicit permission through me.

>>> RECOLORING/EDITING <<<

- Any edits that alter my personal artwork is NOT ALLOWED.

- Edits that change the character in any way (markings, colors, traits) are allowed so long as it is not edits made on my personal artwork but on new art, but also, try to not make it look like a completely different character.

- When editing designs, the result should retain at least 75% of the original appearance with its new look -- meaning I do not allow people to buy my adoptable designs just to create a completely new character off of them. Please avoid drastically changing an entire marking scheme, species or the whole palette of an adopt.

- You may draw over my adopt art to add clothing, but please do not take payment for/pay someone else to draw clothing/edits on top of my art. For commissioned edits/clothing etc, please draw new art or use free/pay to use bases with rules that allow you to profit from the base's use.

- When buying a design from me, it is to remain as one design, meaning more characters should not be spawned off of that design's existence (twins, siblings, etc..) unless the design is NOT a closed species. -------------------------------------

- Users are allowed to create, take commissions for and own personal products of their designs including but not limited to -- charms, buttons, figures, prints, etc. These items may not be mass produced and sold for profit. -------------------------

>>> COMMERCIAL WORK <<<

- At this time, I do not offer commercial purchase of my designs. Do not purchase from me with the intent of using my designs in works for profit such as prints, comics, etc. These are for personal use only.

>>> RE-POSTING <<<

- Re-posting designs YOU OWN is allowed with proper credit. If your re-post is public: please watermark it. Do not be irresponsible with my artwork.

- Do not re-post my art/adopts if you are not the owner of the character(s) depicted.

Purchasing from me means you have read, and will abide by these rules.

These rules are made to maintain a sense of respect between my buyers and myself. If these rules are broken repeatedly, I will ban and/or blacklist you depending on the severity of the disrespect.

All sales of completed work (via adoptable batches) are final. Additional sales & artwork terms can be found in my ART TOS above.
