Vimar

Vimar is a strange creature of unknown origins. He has come to be known as a cryptid of sorts and is often found in woodland areas where snakes are few and far between. Upon leaving the area the snakes seem to return to normal numbers within a week, but while he inhabits the area, they are no where to be seen.

He wears a mask made of the bones of some unknown animal and carries a  staff adorned with snakes. The only known communication this creature  has conducted is the carving "VIMAR" left on a stone in every known  location he's been.
