COMMISSIONS

↳ Terms for commissioning me, including customs

• It is the responsibility of the Client to provide a detailed reference of what they are wanting, or a detailed written explanation with stock images. If there is a large mistake made due to poor communication, the commission will not be refunded or largely altered unless further compensation is provided. If a mistake is made that is the Artist's fault, such as not reading correctly, alterations will be free of charge.
• Base prices are determined on the average work, if the commission included more detail, complexity or is large in size, the prices may raise. All prices will be determined before the commission is started. The Client confirms their acceptance of the price when payment is received.
• Payment must be made up front for any work £100 (GBP) and under. Payment plans are available and the Client must pay at least a 50% deposit for the commission is started. The final piece will not be given to the Client until the full price is paid.
• The Client has the right at any time to request a preview of the piece once payment is made, within reasonable parameters.  If the Client wishes any large alterations, they must point them out in the sketch or first rough phase (unless they are willing to compensate for the extra time).
• The Artist retains the right to display the finished watermarked piece in any personal gallery and use it in any promotional imagery.
• Any work may not be reproduced, copied, edited, nor transmitted in any way, shape or form. Commercial and distribution of this work is strictly prohibited. If the Client wishes to own the copyright to the piece, such as in the case with Commercial work or graphic art for websites, additional charges or royalties may apply.
• The work will be completed within the Artist's schedule and the Client may request an update after 2 months.  If a deadline is requested, it is to be agreed on before the payment is made. Additional fees may be charged if a deadline is requested after payment is received.
  

DESIGNS

↳ Owning a design by me requires you to agree to these rules

• Prices for customs will vary depending on the complexity of the character and reference sheet. This will be discussed before any payment is made.
• Small edits/colour overlays are allowed on my artwork but heavy editing or complete recolours are NOT allowed.
• Watermarks and credit for the design must NOT be removed under any circumstance. If you wish for a watermark to be moved to a different spot, this must be discussed and done by me.
• If there is any refusal to pay or chargebacks, the design will be resold or repurposed.
• Previews will be given in 2 main stages; sketch & draft colour stage. You may request additional previews but any major edits after the colours have been approved may cost extra. Small edits will be free of charge.
• Refunds are not given under any circumstances after the custom has been completed. If I am unable to complete a custom, a full refund will be given. 

PAYMENT

↳ Purchasing from me means you agree to the following

• I only accept payment through PayPal in either GBP (£) or USD ($). Everything will be priced in GBP (£), however, you may send payment in USD ($) if agreed with me before payment is sent.
• Commissions/Customs will be required to be paid via invoice unless I ask you to send it in an alternative way.
• If you do not respond to me after a month, I will cancel the commission without a refund.
• I may refuse your commission for any reason.
