Energetic, carefree, and full of love, Millie is the sweetest creature you could ever meet with the enthusiasm that bursts with every tuft of hair. She aims to please everyone, but retains to her core values and doesn't approve of anything that involves other people being hurt. She is a pacifist with a heart of gold and will do anything for her friends, even at the cost of her own happiness at times. Due to her expressive nature, she tends to take bad moments hard and intensely, but she quickly comes around with a big push by her confident and optimistic nature. She thrives off of interacting with other people and adores taking photographs and videos while out with her friends.

Millie was born in a city by the ocean and has lived there her whole life, supported by a loving family that runs a successful ice cream shop by the pier. Due to her bubbly personality, she has always been a social butterfly and keeps a large group of people around her. Growing up with social media, she started off filming the little ins and outs of her tiny town for would-be tourists. After gaining some popularity online, she started to delve into other topics such as fur care and crafts. While her parents are slightly skeptical of her online fame, Millie believes it to be her calling and enjoys every moment of her livestreams. She dreams of becoming a very successful influencer and gaining enough support to make videos traveling. Until then, she runs a small business selling her various pins and decorations online as well as obtaining supplemental income from her videos.

Millie once had a crush on Pepper when they were younger and began their friendship. It became a little awkward for Pepper, as she had suspicions about Millie's feelings but felt too anxious to bring it up. Millie eventually told Pepper how she felt, which Pepper explained to her that she didn't quite feel the same way but valued her friendship. The two were determined to work through this and develop their friendship as it was, a bit bumpy at the start due to Millie's leftover feelings. However, through time and patience, the two are now platonic friends. Millie no longer views Pepper as a romantic interest and feels a little weird when anyone mentions her previous crush on Pepper.

These two have known each other since middle school. Millie had no qualms about Robin originally, but Robin found Millie's personality to be fake and annoying. Once Robin voiced this, Millie felt that Robin was her sworn enemy. Their chemistry can be described as terrible, and neither are able to hide the disdain they have for each other.
