Her sister is Lucretia

Beautiful elf lady.

Her name is tentative

Chantelle Rosabell Calliope Simone

She is more naive and innocent than her sister.

--below is just some story ideas I had, not organized it's just so I don't forget them--

While trailing her sister at a ball (maybe her first) her sister leaves her to see her lover of the week.  She attracts the attention of a hansome wealthy navy captain (or army general) who is captivated by her beautiful smile and two-tone eyes.  He invites her and her sister to his manor along with some of his friends, they make a party of it.  Although there are weathly duchesses and noble ladies there he only cares for her.  She is a pretty poor girl of no standing but he is head over heels in love with her.  He feel in love with her when he saw her looking so out of place at the ball all alone and she looked like an angel as she radiated a certain sacred, pure energy as she stood there in the middle of the room confused and turned around but innocent

While at the captain's (general's) manor her sister befriends a wealthy lord friend of the captain's (general's) who she ends up falling in love with.  He is much better than all of her other flings who she realizes she never actually loved.  He is kind to her while still being witty and playful.  Part of the reason she never stuck with any of her former lovers is that they were all below her intelligence level.  The lord she meets is as sharp as she is so they are able to make jabs at each other like lightning and they are able to play cards together and enjoy it.  He is the first guy who has loved her for who she is and not just for her body.  With him she is able to be who she really is and she has never been happier.

Back to this character--

She loves painting, sketching, and sculpting.  The captain (general) encourages her to pursue her artistic talents and buys everything for her to continue with her art.  While out on a hillside picnic she sketches the captain (general) but doesn't let him see it so he tries everything to try and see it like tricking her by saying, "look over there" but to no avail.  She says he will just have to live in suspense until she decides to show it to him.  She realizes she loves him when he gives her a pouty face and puppy dog eyes while asking to see the sketch.  In response she ruffles his hair like a dog.  He kind of dies inside from happiness and melts just like a dog as she laughs and flashes a bright beautiful smile and ruffles his hair.

The captain takes her to a ballet performance where she becomes captivated with the grace of one of the male dancers.  She asks if they can meet the dancer and the captain does one better, he gets them backstage to see all of the preformers.  She goes up to the male ballet dancer and they strike up a conversation, they really hit it off well.  In the days/weeks to come she meets the dancer at the same little downtown cafe where they talk about everything and nothing and discuss books and art work.  She learns that the dancer is a lot like her and they form a close friendship.  The trouble is the captain doesn't know it's just a friendship.  He thinks that she loves the dancer and because he is so sweet and wants what's best for her he steps back not knowing that she really loves HIM and not the dancer.  She realizes that he is distancing himself from her and so she thinks she did something wrong.  She desperatly tries to figure out what she did before he leaves her life forever.  Finally, one day at a ball that the captain threw as a good-bye to the sisters before they were to leave for home the truth comes out.  She is talking to the dancer at the side of the ballroom and she sees the captain looking at her from across the room.  Next thing she knows he is right next to her looking flustered and refusing to meet her eyes and he asks her to talk with him on the terrace.  They stand out in the cold night air in silence on the terrace for an uncomfortable amount of time until he blurts out the question asking if she loves the dancer.  She burt's out laughing at the thought of being in love with the dancer.  The captain is quite taken aback at her response.  She then precess to tell him that she never once thought of him that way and that they are simply very good friends.  Being the emotional bundle of sweetness he is he bursts into tears of relief and remorse for the lost time that he could have spent with her.  After standing in the corner of the balcony for a good five minutes crying over the railing with her standing next to him with a gentle hand on his arm he pull himself together.  He looks into her worried beautiful two-tone eyes and quitely whispers as he tries to hold back sobs, " I love you."

Back to sister--

The wealthy lord her sister likes is quite the sportsman and he ends up taking her to a lot of his events such a polo where she gets to meet his horse who ends up liking her more than it's rider and hunting where she gets to meet all of his lovely dogs who all love her.
