"Warning, warning, warning~"
Originally, he was built as one of the Electric Tower's workers, but ever since a certain situation happened involving several volts, a particular masked battery and personal tragedy, he was remade as a sign-making and signaling robot for traffic, taking over the Placamani Factories. Despite everything, he has a tendency to loaf around and only arrive just in time to do his job. For some reason that to this day is unclear, he had installed flamethrowers in his palms, which he uses to put his own special sign aflame.
Weapon: Blazing Sign
A melee type weapon consisting of a special sign that can catch fire no matter how many times, it seems to give some dashing mobility as well as a burning aura. It also enables one to dash downwards to strike armored enemies.
If it does not hit an enemy, it does not deplete weapon ammo.
If it does, it will move the enemy a bit farther. Bigger enemies do not move.
Has the added effect of showing little arrows when striking. Cute!
Weakness: Fan Cyclone
Hit him good! His weak point might be while he spins his sign!
Good Point: Laid back
Don't be surprised if he's found sleeping. He says it's for recharge but everyone knows that's a lie.
Bad Point: Pyromaniac
And you thought the gas canister was bad.

Rumor has it that he plans on entering the second Battle and Chase competition... but given his laziness, will he ever do that?
Dislikes: Paint, Electric Shocks
It's said he dislikes how the fumes smell like.
