Skills;

Thievery; Sini is good at swiping things and not getting caught. Mostly it's shoplifting but she could probably steal something expensive if she wanted to.
Multilingual; Sini can speak 3 languages once she gets human vocal chords. She can speak Finnish, English, and Hebrew.
Balance & Parkour; Sini has incredible balance and is able to manipulate it to do crazy parkour stunts, just for the fuck of it.

Abilities;

Take Flight; Sini can use the wings on her back to actually fly, even in human form. It's more difficult, admittedly, and requires more energy, but it's possible.
Shapeshifter; Sini has both a familiar form and a humanoid form. Thus, Sini can transform between being a bird (a red-tailed hawk) and a human at will, though it saps at her energy. A small hiccup with her human appearance is… her wings don't disappear once she transforms.
Empathy Link; Sini and Avner have a telepathic connection, able to communicate vague thoughts and emotions to the other.
Conduit; Any "pure" magic that Avner performs is filtered through Sini first so as the feedback doesn't hurt or kill him. Her role in this is rather passive, just acting as an insulator, but still important for any spells or abilities Avner does.

Avner Ezra; 18; He/Him; Alive; Avner is Sini's bonded witch, the closest anyone could get to a soulmate. She was made to work with him just as he was made to work with her. They work in tandem and understand each other intimately, for better or worse.

Design Notes;

Sini is albino! As such, she's extremely pale and her hair is white. Due to this, she's usually wearing long sleeves to avoid being sunburned.
Sini is always wearing a black beanie that is covered in a variety of pins that'll rotate out depending on how she's feeling.
Due to a mutation in her family, Sini's wings are present in her bird form and in her human form. They're hidden by enchantments, but can still be physically felt if someone runs into them.
Sini stands on the taller-than-average side at about 5'11" to 6'0", give or take the inch.
Sini has some freckles that'll peak out when she's been in the sun for too long.
Sini has sky-blue eyes. It's almost a bit eerie how blue her eyes are.

Trivia;

Sini's pins are all enchanted to hide her appearance! Camille enchanted them for her so she could go in public without giving everyone a heart attack.
Sini, being a bird first and foremost, has the habit of collecting things that catch her eye and shine in the light. Her favorite thing to collect are pins.
Sini spent most of her life in her bird form, as that was how she was born, and gained a human form after Avner pet her after digging her out of the snow. It gave both of them quite a shock, though Avner nearly passed out once she informed him he was a witch and could perform magic.
Sini's family is Finnish in origin, even though they're technically birds. Don't think about it too hard, I certainly am not.
Sini is very picky about who she cares about, happy to exist as aloof and prickly until someone proves themself to her.
Sini… has a lot of mixed feelings about her family. Not that they did anything wrong, but simply by the fact that her parents have been permanently rendered as birds and that her little brother will likely be rendered as a bird too. She's the only familiar in their family to have a witch and thus have a human form. It… makes her sad.
