Features

Physically Moxie is a big brute, being about six feet tall, muscular, and with boyish features, it's easy to mistake her as a man at the wrong angle. It probably doesn't help that she wears loose baggy clothing that hides any curves.
Her hair is dyed a vibrant blue with either side of her head being shaved she almost always pulls up the rest into a messy top knot. Her eyebrows are thick and rectangular and there are two small scars on her left brow.
Regardless of her boyish frame, Moxie enjoys wearing makeup. Though she does not wear anything too flashy, she will often exaggerate her features more by contouring and adding more blue makeup to her face, especially around her eyes, to make her piercing amber gaze more fierce.

Lifestyle

Being apart of smaller street gangs all her life it was only natural for her to eventually fall into Team Skull's ranks. Moxie has been apart of Team Skull for about 4 years and has superseded in rank, now being a new Admin and running her own division in the Taiinori Region.
Moxie has her own makeshift base far out in Taiinori's harsh desert. Due to the frequent sandstorms, trainers usually cannot find their way out to the base to help disband the team. This is probably the only saving grace for the band of lowlives.
By not having a real job or source of income, Moxie makes it her daily mission to seek out any novice trainers who may be "willing" to contribute to the Team Skull cause by "donating" any funds and items they may have.

Battling Habits

❝ So now you're interrogating me now about my Pokemon? Well dickass, I'll have you know I've captured and trained them all myself. ... Eh? There's an old report about a missing Shieldon and Helioptile in the Taiinori Region? Like I said you dense motherfucker, I caught them myself. ❞

Moxie's Pokemon are about as scummy as their trainer, if not more. She is always the first one to pick a tough fight to "win" any valuable possessions or pokemon off her opponent.
She never plays fair and will often have 3 of her pokemon out on the field at a time. Kione is frequently her partner in crime. With his color-changing ability, he can easily disappear and use thief on any unsuspecting or uncooperative clients.

World View

Moxie's view of the world is uncharacteristically optimistic. Believing that everything happens for a reason and in the end, if you work hard enough, you’ll get what you need out of life.
If anyone is ever lucky enough to have a serious one-on-one conversation with Moxie they may come to the conclusion that she truly has a good head on her shoulders. She is a reasonably smart individual and could easily land a civil job if it wasn't for her delinquent habits.

Moxie also has a really good relationship with her partnered pokemon and will spoil them with extra food when given the chance.
