Terms of usage:
By owning an adopt/design of my creation, you have agreed to follow the terms of usage below. I have the right to REVOKE any design of my creation at any time if I feel that the terms of usage are not being followed. You must own the adopt/design by legal means, stolen designs will be reported/revoked. Do not claim my works as your own work. Credit my ToyHouse and/or my DeviantArt as the original creator/artist/designer. Slight adjustments to the design/gender/species are acceptable as long as the design is still recognizable.
You can REGIFT or RETRADE pretty much any of my designs as you please.
RESELLS have limits: - Can't resell avatar-maker adopts especially if they still retain the original design it was made in. UNLESS it now has a lot of commissioned artwork that you PAID for. - Can't resell an adopt that you received for FREE or as a GIFT from me or others. - Can't resell an adopt for a higher price than you bought it for, UNLESS it now has a lot of commissioned/drawn artwork that you DREW or PAID for. |
