Whisp

Whisp is a tame dream demon. He is only five feet tall, weighs one hundred pounds, and is considered an unnaturally small demon. Despite being considered tame and friendly, he hunts through the usage of melodies, making campers and hikers drift into a heavy sleep whilst deep into forestry. He rarely speaks above a whisper and is very quiet. Similarly, his footsteps and movements are silent, adapting to his predatory nature.

Most of the time this demon can be found asleep in a pile of leaves or around animals such as deer, rabbits, and sheep. He goes into hibernation periods randomly and can be left in this state for centuries undisturbed. Once he awakens, normally he loses most of his memory from his last activity period, the only recollection perhaps being a mental image of an event that stuck with him.

He is not required to eat or drink anything to retain his energy but does enjoy the taste of honey and sugar. He does not digest this and often ends up vomiting it up dry later on.

As he adjusts to a more modern era following a hibernation period, he is considered to be blank and stoic. He adapts to and replicates the traits of whatever is around him after years, but often finds it's inconsistent and shifts between multiple personalities.
