"Well aren't you a charming one? No- you don't have to respond to that. Have more pride in yourself! Don't let others dictate what's good and bad- aren't you the one who knows best? People should be bowing to your whims, not telling you what to do! You can see how much worth you have, right? Most people don't hold a candle to you."
Blaise listened to Motya's words as he nodded with some sort of agitation, he didn't know exactly how to react to that comment.
"Um you're right, I can't deny that I have to try to have more... self-confidence? However, it is very difficult when you feel so much pressed by others. Not to say, but lately I've been having a bit of stress on me..." Blaise sighed slightly and then brought a hand to his face to press his index finger and thumb against the bridge of his nose.
"But I admit that I feel better with you, maybe because we are both felines? I honestly prefer animals to humans."
"That's because we're the only ones with any sense, of course!" She laughed. "It's not worth wasting your time on people who don't appreciate you properly. If you're feeling pressured, think of it this way - you're already fine the way you are, what's their complaint? Doubtlessly, it's just the whining of people who don't see a good thing when it's right in front of them. You don't owe them anything!"
