Personality: 
Cetus is grumpy and stubborn as heck- This is the kind of guy who'd rather bite though his problems then fix them properly. Stories about sea serpents and hundreds of sunken ships probably exist because of this metal and neoprene turd.

Backstory: 
What is he? A ghost haunting the heck out of a robotic mosasaur. What kind of ghost? And why is he there? I have no idea, but he's a mosasaurs now so it's doesn't really matter.

Abilities: 
-Always has wifi won't give you the password if you don't ask nicly though
-Can bite though just about anything
-Can fill his mouth with air to save drowning people (but forgets to explain this before snatching people up most of the time)

Strengths:
-a very strong swimmer

-Can't interact with the world without his mosa body (Is very dead)
