Scott Stoti Raelious (nacido el 18 de abril, 2000) es un científico químico para la empresa Ramiek S.A, siendo el encargado del área de análisis de componentes. También es uno de los investigadores en un proyecto privado, tratando de descubrir que es lo que produce la "marca de la estrella" y los "ojos cambiantes", este proyecto ha sido uno de los más difíciles de investigar gracias a la escasa cantidad de ejemplares con estos fenómenos y a la muy poca información que se tiene.
Scott es generalmente amable pero también muy cauteloso. Tiene mucha empatía, pero no consigo mismo. Tiene problemas con sus inseguridades que incluso felicitarlo y animarlo es difícil.
