She ends up helping Nero take care of Magda, then leaving with her when Magda was legally old enough to leave Nero on her own. The last thing she said to Nero was "Yer on yer own now, buddy." Magda was the one to have the idea to leave with her. Nero felt betrayed because he thought Andromeda was there to help him be a better father, not "steal his daughter away". At this point he feels too defeated to fight her like he fought Cress.
She agrees with Nero on the fact they both hate Cress
