Bianca Moreno, 25 years old, investigator. Member of the Astral Vanguard, an organization that organizes the efforts of all magical girls in the city in their battle against evil.
Bianca is a serious young woman with no real time for frivolities in her line of work. She has few acquaintances and fewer friends, as her stony, holier-than-thou attitude puts most people off. Goofy monsters aren't the only things that terrorize the city, and so she spends most of her efforts on the more humanlike threats.
When a supervillain shows up to lay claim to the city, Bianca throws herself into uncovering their plans and bringing them to justice to the point of obsession, isolating herself further from the greater magical girl community. She eventually resorts to more and more unhinged ways to get her information and bring the supervillain down, becoming a minor villain in her own right and forcing the Astral Vanguard to put a halt to her machinations instead.
