The Spirit of Christmas Future
Ethereal and mystifying. Christmas Lights is gifted with foresight and the ability to travel to the future, this leaves them generally unconcerned with what's happening in the present, as long as they can see that things play out fine in time. Because of this they come off as aloof or disinterested, or at worst as thinking they are better than others. They are actually a charitable and empathetic pip, but need a good deal of help to keep them grounded enough to act on these qualities.
