THE PALETTE.

A supervillain with the ability to paint almost anything into existence. He changes color based on what he touches, which gives him slightly different abilities (doesn't apply to his clothes) but he's usually grey. His arch nemesis is Spidermetal, but outside of their personas, they are actually very good internet friends.
