Designs Made By Me

What To Do:

1. Talk to me! Some times I am slow in responding but I'll eventually answer!
Always credit me.
Sell the character for the same amount UNLESS there is extra art.
Use my designs for commercial purposes! They are your character you are welcome to use them as you like in this aspect! As long #2 is followed its all good!
Make changes to the character! Same as above they are your character.

What NOT To Do:

Delete the characters ToyHou.se profile. I have had some issues in the past regarding this issue. I understand not wanting the character anymore or stepping away from the community but please talk to me before deleting one my designs. I use TH to keep track of who currently owns one of my designs. Breaking this T.O.S will instant blacklist you.
Claim "Co-Designer" on one of my designs WITHOUT talking to me. Like WTD #5 states you're more than welcome to improve the original design of the character. If MAJOR changes happen and it is warranted to claim Co-Designer you're more than welcome to reach out to me or I'll reach out to you. Breaking this T.O.S will instant blacklist you.
Do the opposite of WTD #2-3. It should be no brainer, but yes, doing the opposite of what to do is breaking my T.O.S.

As mentioned before I'm more than happy to talk with anyone! I am generally pretty chill and do not mind helping others. I am pretty understanding and willing to make compromises and work with anyone's situation. These rules are set for peace of mind and are not intended to cause anyone grief.

Commissions

What To Do:

Ask for updates! Again I may be slow to respond especially on sites such as DeviantArt and ToyHou.se. The BEST way to contact me is through discord cesise#6666.
Ask me to change something! I am providing a service to you and it is your right to tell me if something feels off about what I am working on or if something needs to be changed! There is no point of commissioning me if you don't like it!
Credit me.
Use my art for commercial use! Of course as long as #3 is followed.

What NOT To Do:

Use the update shots as finished work without full payment.
Badger me. Art takes time. More likely than not it will take me at least a couple weeks to finish a piece as my work eats up a lot of my time. Badgering me will NOT make me complete something faster and is the quickest way to make me take my sweet time and to blacklist you.
Of course doing the opposite of any of the WTD. Especially #3.

General

Unless dictated above as "Breaking this T.O.S will instant blacklist you." I will talk with someone about resolving any braking of my T.O.S. Not being aware and making mistakes do happen and I completely understand nor will I harass you for being human. If the breakage of my T.O.S repeatedly happens especially after I talk and or formally warn you you will be blacklisted.

As I am sure it is with many characters I regard my designs as my children and I love to watch them grow and be loved by others. I genuinely hope everyone that owns a design by me loves them. If at any point you no longer wish to own one of my designs and are unable to pass it on to someone else I am more than happy to have them back. I WILL NOT INITIATE TAKING THEM BACK in this situation nor will take them by force they are ultimately your character. This being said in the hopefully rare situation of someone being blacklisted I may ask for a character I designed back, but I will not take it by force (ex. Pestering, Threating, Demanding, etc.) You are ultimately the owner of the character and I do not believe it is my right to forcefully take something you own.

Any harassment towards me or the characters I create will not be tolerated.

Any form of hate speech towards me or the characters I create will not be tolerated.

Sexualizing under age characters will insta blacklist you.

If I find you claiming my art as your own and after talking privately to you does not get it resolved. I will contact any moderating staff and report you.
