A curious easily excitable creature that was the only survivor of a city wide bombing due to radiation. They're adventureous, welcoming, yet forgetful. Wondering how everything came to being ruined and in this untouched state. He's very lonely.

- Once being human before their city got bombed due to a world war. They hold no memory of being human or that humanity even is a thing as they are trapped and fenced off aginst the rest of the world. Surviving based on what he can find in the ruined landscape he calls home.
- Got turned into what they are now since having their lower half cut off by debris. The local rats and birds eating off their course caused the radiation to merge them together. Creating Fi
- In order to protect itself Fi has memory issues. Often forgetting where they have and haven't been.
