Personality.
In short, Lark is an idiot. He's spacey, stupid, and could stare at the sky all day.
He's really friendly wants to make friends with everyone he meets, but lacks the ability to read the mood/situation and often ends up confusing or weirding the other person out.
He hasn't a care in the world. Sometimes forgets about basic tasks like eating/cleaning, no one knows how he hasn't collapsed in a heap somewhere yet.
History.this is me trying to explain how he doesn't have a job even though he's not in school and has no family
Lark came from a very wealthy family, with a large inheritance.
At a young age his mom became sick. She worried about Lark's safety because he would surely end up alone and he had no interest in looking after himself properly.
As her illness became worse, she tried to find someone who could take in Lark, but because of the wealth of their family she only attracted people looking to expand their fortune, rather than be a proper guardian to the young Lark.
Eventually, when Lark was 17, his mother's systems completely failed and she passed away. Lark, even though he didn't really understanding the concept that his mother would never be able to come back to him, moved away by himself to a smaller house the family owned in Sector 3.
He doesn't have a job. Just takes money out of his inheritance whenever he needs something. Lark just floats through life, doing what he feels like at the current moment; he's never had anyone to tell him otherwise.
