• If you can't download the files, try this:
  click the link->choose PSD or SAI2 option and click on it->there's a download button on the right side, click on it->the file should start downloading, but if it isn't
  ->right click on the download button->select 'Open Link In New Tab' option->after a few seconds the file should start downloading
• if the downloads still don't work, try different browsers (I use Firefox) - same advice if the link itself doesn't work, or just use the transparent version
