Best friends with Famil. Though they don't share parents, the two consider themselves siblings.
Arka and Famil are orphans who found each other as hatchlings and managed to survive by working together. They were taken in by a group of adult dragons living on the coast of the Fishspine Reef who now take care of them. They're BFFs and like to run around the beach exploring and causing trouble.
