A fairly powerful demon. He can read minds and control electricity and even 'consume' electricity.
The one thing that tends to stand out about him is the red ribbon that he wears around his neck. It was gifted to him by a human a long time ago and he held onto it for sentimental value. However, he also wears it to hide his neck.
Most of the time he is in his more approachable human form, but to many his weird looks make him stand out. He tends to eat humans with irregularity and doesn't eat every single one he runs into. His feelings towards them are difficult to explain after all...
