Violet

Violet lives alone in her messy apartment where she lives off a steady diet of instant ramen and tea. She is often up by noon. She works for scrap as a spirit medium, most often advertising herself online to odd characters. These stints are broken up by the more well-paying gigs she sometimes gets from private investigators and the local police department. These jobs exhaust her, as she the experience of contacting the dead is an emotionally taxing one. Violet herself is rather stoic and uncomfortable with emotional experiences, so her gift (or rather curse) is a frequent headache.

When not trying to find work, Violet is scouring for somewhere quiet to enjoy. Her gift cannot be turned off. Because of this, she is constantly bombarded with echoes of the past - be it emotional/physical sensations or audible/visual phenomenon. Her best friends during these times are her noise-cancelling headphones. She'll often wander about, listen to music, and spin around to let off steam. This is usually enough to wear her out until she get home at around two in the morning just to do it all again.
