The owner at a hidden bar/tavern within the red light district.
His bar remains as a safe-space/neutral grounds for wandering yokai, and tends to have a fairly close-knit group.

He remembers all names and faces, and speaks in several different tongues.
In normal situations, where there is a lot of light around, his eyes only appear to be empty black voids, similar to his body. But while in pitch darkness, one can see a faint red pinprick, that can shift between his sockets.

His body is made of pure shadow, so when exposed to light, the majority of himself with become transparent, with only the skull holding a solid visual form.
With this shadow-like nature, his 'skin' is extremely cold, to the point of frostburning if in contact with other beings for too long.
