slowly,,, my mafia pokemons are becoming a reality. anyway, this is hwoarang, part of the dragon clan gang, he's the right hand man to Jianyu (soon tbm mawile gijinka, and also the first fairy type to lead the dragon clan). hwoarang fights bare handed, super high attack and speed which counters nicely to his super low defenses. the scar on him was from an unfortunate meeting that led to a fight with sylvester. is trying to get him back for what he did to him. hwoarang has asthma tho, not too bad but he carries around his inhaler for just in cases. he may not look like it but hwoarang is a loyal man
