"Abby" is the main archivist of the Crystal Empire library. While most information was lost during Sombra's reign, she is working on reclaiming what she can and has a keen, invaluable knowledge of what remains. Sassy, unapologetically feminine, she often gives off the impression of not only being much younger then she is, but people often assume that she's just the receptionist. She often uses this to her advantage. She also just likes to fuck with people this way.
