Phen the Astroslime

Phen is an Astroslime, a closed species by skunkblood

Phen (about 21 years old in human years) standing at 4'9 ft, plant enthusiast, and has a ribbon tied to a small nub tail, the ribbons act like prehensile tails, but phen can replace them etc, and does not feel pain unless the ribbons wrap around other parts of him, which often happens since they are long, and flail violently when hes startled.
