owner of the midnight marshmallow , a  traveling restaurant/cafe   run by him and salt ,  and under sugarpot and co. Hes seen everything , from fellow cinnas to humans alike, thanks to salts universe traveling tech.  his employees are p much his family , and they all live on the ship. 

him and salt met at his little  traveling food stand. salt enjoyed the food that  he made , and they then got to talking .. a lot . salt decided to expand and invest in his idea - in exchange for exclusively using the sugarpots (then growing)  farm goods . he is credited to helping salt and _____  find other talent  by recruiting his friends to improve the quality of their goods (at the time, there  was room for improvement)
