Chelsea Hare

Chelsea is a hybrid that resides in X-ville. Chelsea and her twin Chloe were seperated once their parents got divorced. Chelsea stayed in the city with their father while Chloe moved to the country with their mom. Without her sister to keep her company, Chelsea began hanging out with a toxic group of friends. Even after reuniting with her twin, she kept her toxic ways. She was not affected by the chemical spill, but she has powers similar to that of a rabbit's, due to her hybrid genetics.
