Rue Kearny

Personality

Rue seems like a strict, cold person but she really cares for the people around her. She’s always making sure those who work under her are doing their best while taking care of themselves, often refusing to sleep until she’s absolutely sure everything’s under control. She has a very strong motherly side as well. She quickly grows protective over children and lowkey adopts anyone she’s met as a child. She has a tendency to scold people if they’ve done something wrong, adding to her motherly quirks. She’s a good decision maker. She won’t make a choice until she has all the facts and refuses to regret any decision she’s made if she fully felt it had been the right decision at the time.

Abilities

Her magic is silver and seems to be a mix of different things. She can duplicate certain items (such as her scythe), teleport or create different items (like a chair, for example), and can change the form of an object as long as she’s touching it, most seen with her scythe. The bullets she shoots are also magic and as such will only run out if she’s at her height.

Her special move is called “Silver Rain”. She throws her musket into the air (optional but has the best effect) and duplicates it into as many as she can manage and uses her magic to have them shoot. It can comfortably last up to 10 minutes. At about 15 minutes her soul would start cracking from strain. After using this ability she gets far too tired to fight effectively, so she only uses it as a last resort and normally only when she knows for sure there’s a good chance of it beating the enemy.

Appearance

Rue is 6'5 in height. She's also in visibly good shape, which some would consider surprising since she's a skeleton. She has sharp teeth and dark blue target pupils. Her head is rounded.

She wears a dull blue winter coat with grey false fur on the hood. The fur has brown flecks in it. She has black leggings or jeggings on and black combat boots. Her scythe is simple. The silver handle is a bit thicker than other scythes and has a basic also-silver blade. She often has in in the form of a silver musket, though, as her attacks are mainly based on guns. 

Her soul is silver with curvy blue markings. There are a few scars on it and some small-ish cracks on it.
