FIZZBENT 2022 TERMS OF SERVICE

What I will draw:

• Anthros
• Ferals
• Humanoids
• Armor/small amounts of mecha (may be charged extra)
• Most body types
• SFW

What I will NOT draw:

• Stolen characters/copied designs
• Suggestive/NSFW 
• Nudity, including any nipples
• Heavy gore
• Anything including hate speech, slurs, swearing, etc
• Vent art, unless specifically offered
• Lots of blurred/gradients designs may be prone to simplification

I will not:

• Copy another artist's style
• Trace art/edit art
• Make designs based on other's ocs

REFUNDS: 

I do not give refunds after the sketch is complete and sent.

EDITS: 

I can make simple edits to the sketch and lines. Once it is colored, edits will cost extra.

WIPS:

I will send WIPS for each stage of the drawing, including edits. I will wait to continue until the WIP has been approved.

TURN AROUND TIME:

My turnaround time varies a bit, but I generally try to complete commissions within a month of payment. Larger orders may take longer. It is ok to check in and ask for updates, but please only ask once a day at max.

WHAT YOU CAN USE MY ART FOR:

            YOU MAY:

• print the art
• Use it as a profile picture (with credit)
• Post it (with credit)
• Print it on physical items OR PERSONAL USE

            YOU MAY NOT:

• profit off of it (merch, etc)
• Trace/edit/copy
• Post without credit
• Use to train AIs or upload to AI sites at all

DESIGN TOS:

Please try to notify me before reselling so that I know where they are and so that they stay in good hands. This also helps me notice if they get stolen.

Please do not:

• Copy design
• Sell for more than you bought it for, unless art is bought for them.
• Delete/erase 
• ClaIm design as your own
• Turn into a closed species without permission from me
• Regift/trade/sell within 2 months
