» You can make any changes to the species, design, etc that you wish! Just credit me for the original design upon first posting to a new site.

» Do not label my art or designs as LQ/MQ/HQ/etc.

» Do not use my designs for hateful content/imagery including but not limited to: homophobia, transphobia, racism, antisemitism, sexism, xenophobia, ableism, etc.

» Do not use my designs in imagery related to pedophilia or zoophilia.

» Do not use my art or designs for purposes related to AI or NFTs.

» Do not delete my designs off of Toyhouse once owned.

» Do not set the character to authorize only without telling me or authorizing me so that I know they haven't been deleted. I like to keep track of them!

» You are allowed to make and sell physical items/merch of the design on a small scale once owned, but you may not use my art for that work.

» I ask that you not sell my designs for more than you paid without the addition of artwork. This includes your own artwork.

» Freebies should not be sold or traded for real currency, virtual currency, other characters, art, physical or digital items, without the addition of more artwork.

» You may resell, retrade, or regift characters as soon as you receive them. Respect the above rule. Designs may also be bought or traded as gifts for another person.

» I do not do tradebacks or refunds, and I will not revoke your ownership of a character once you own them.

» Breaking any of these rules may result in blacklisting from owning my designs in the future.
