Erik Mallard

A pure-born scientist at heart, Erik Mallard rose from his uneducated background to become one of the most talented inventors of his time. His weird unconventional methods of inventing, treating it as an experiment rather than construction have benefited him well, his inventions being very serviceable to many issues in the real world. For example, his most renowned invention is a hand prosthetic that can connect somatosensory systems, allowing people with prosthetics to feel the things around them. He has other inventions as well, such as wireless routers that use solar power to generate wi-fi signals, to smart glasses that can analyze objects around them. Never fear, for when Erik Mallard is here, you can be sure he’ll give his all, from his logical sense to his creative flair. 

Erik Mallard is, to say the least, an eccentric being. He’s very knowledgeable and logical, and it shows, but in all the wrong ways. He lacks in the social skills department, and due to this, he can be seen as obnoxious, a fucking pain pedantic, and even a wise guy in some cases. He often goes on tangents about something only loosely related to the scene at hand, the other person could leave and he wouldn’t even notice! He’s very aloof in that sense. But, he is very passionate about the things he does. He’s a good deal confident about himself and his skills and will use them for something he deems worthy. Behind his intelligent exterior,  he is rather welcoming and can be quite nice to people. So, he’s a good guy.... right?
