Ciel is one of the many “genius masterminds” who works behind the scenes in the SDF. She’s quite smart, but tends to rely a bit too heavily on her faulty fortune telling then what is actually put before her (her favorite place to practice is when her friends’ lives are at stake). She comes from a line of fortune tellers, so she feels obligated to take up that same profession, but it’s never really clicked with her, so for now she’s just vibing at the SDF. She works with the other members of the Topaz Branch to keep the west wing of Something secure, too bad that’s the most boring wing. When she’s not working, she likes to wander around the shopping district and spend time in libraries.
