Lou Wells (almost always the full name; only her dear friends use just the first and only her bitter enemies use just the last) is known for three things: her outwardly chipper attitude, her dogged determination, and the very unique horses she breeds. It is also for all of these reasons that most people are as intimidated as they are charmed by her.
