- You can do slight redesign while the species will be recognizable
>for example: you can: move the gem; change markings / hairstyle / tail length / color palette/ clothes
>you can change their arms / legs for humans as it is a species ability. but you can't add fingers, they will always have four whether in human form or not.
>You can't: remove the ears, both the ears on the head and on the sides, (yes, the black locks and braids are ears and part of them); change your eyes (you can change the color of this) - you can change their gender / age (It does not have one as such, but you can do it for example a child if you want (?)
- you can give it away, trade it or sell it
>If you sell it, it can't be more than the price you paid [You can only increase the price if it has art that YOU have obtained (whether done by you, commissions, request, etc)]
this applies to the person who buys it from a third party; I mean, if you've bought it from someone else with art and wants to sell it, you can't raise the price unless you've gotten the art yourself.
>The price of re-saell cannot double the price (-2usd if the double goes over 15 usd) unless you have at least one fullcolor halfbody; 5 halfbody sketches; or a commission that has cost at least 10usd
They can discuss it with me and get to omit this rule; This is to avoid getting the minimum amount of art to resell it at a much higher price

>no puedes: remover las orejas, tanto las de sobre la cabeza como la de los lados (si, las cosas negras que parecen mechones y las trenzas son orejas y parte de estas); cambiar sus ojos (puedes el color) - Puedes cambiar el genero/"edad" (no tiene una como tal, pero puedes hacerlo por ejemplo un niño si quieres(?)
- puedes cambiarlo, regalarlo o venderlo
>No puedes revenderlo mas caro de lo que pagaste por el [solo puedes incrementar el precio por el arte que VOS le consigas(tanto si lo hiciste vos como si son comisiones, reques, art trad, etc)].
Esto aplica a quienes lo compren por una tercera persona; me refiero en caso de haberlo comprado de otra persona con arte y quieres venderlo, tampoco puedes aumentar el precio a menos que le hayas conseguido arte vos
>El precio de re-venta no puede duplicar el precio (-2 usd si el doble supera los 15 usd) a menos que tenga al menos una mitad de cuerpo a todo color; 5 bocetos de medio cuerpo; o una comisión que ha costado al menos 10usd
Pueden discutirlo conmigo y llegar a omitir esta regla; Esto es para evitar obtener la mínima cantidad de arte para revenderlo a un precio mucho más alto.
>Si el adopt cambia de dueño házmelo saber - Puedes agregarle mas lamparas y afinidades
>Actualmente no cuento con un lugar donde esten toda, pero puedes preguntarme o guiarte por mis otros personajes ya que todos estan creados con la misma "base argumental" - NO puedes usarlo para uso comercial

- Only MY t.o.s affect my adoptables

You should somehow show that those extra t.o.s were approved by me (either showing a screenshot of our conversation or letting me comment on the post) otherwise these changes will not be valid for the new owner.
For example, if you add a rule that prevents reselling but I do not approve it, the new owner can still do it. And you go to the blacklist - In the event of non-compliance with the general terms or the exclusive rules of the adopt. You will be added to my blacklist, and you will not be able to acquire any service from me (adopt, commissions, request, art trade or whatever)
- t.o.s can change at any time.

- pagos por paypal/Da; Para argentina esta la opcion de pagar en ARS por uala, pero dare prioridad a los métodos anteriores

>Se puede extender UNA semana mas, si se necesita y el pago esta garantizado - Si es resubastado por no haberse pagado, la persona que perdió el personaje puede pujar pero si gana de nuevo DEBE pagar entre las 24-48 después de la subasta
>Si la misma persona vuelve a ganar la segunda subasta y no cumple el plazo del pago de nuevo por ende se subasta otra vez por mi. Esa persona NO puede pujar de nuevo
>Si la misma persona falla con un pago nuevamente en una subasta se va a la lista negra - Antes de vender, el personaje DEBE estar en tu posesión debe estar en tu posesión al menos TRES meses.
- Solo MIS t.o.s afectan a mis adoptables

Debes mostrar que ese t.o.s fue aprobado por mi (puede ser con una captura de la conversación o avísame para comentar el post) De otra forma no sera valido para el nuevo dueño
Por ejemplo si añades una regla que impida revender pero yo no la apruebo, el nuevo dueño aun tiene ese permiso. Y tu te vas a la lista negra - En caso de incumplir mis términos generales o reglas especificas del adopt. Iras directamente a la lista negra y no podrás adquirir ningún servicio mio (adopt, comisiones, request, art trade, o lo que sea)
- Los t.o.s pueden cambiar en cualquier momento
>Estos y futuros cambios no aplican a adoptables hechos antes del 5 de Diciembre del 2020
>En adoptables hechos entre modificaciones, los cambios en los t.o.s aplicaran 2 meses después a menos que indique lo contrario
