MOSSMUTTZ'S TERMS OF SERVICE

Design Policy

Do not make similar or copies of my designs. Finding out you have done so will lead to a blacklist + block, i do not take this sort of theft lightly
You may edit a design to your content, including changing the species, some patterns, colours etc as long as it is still somewhat recognisable as the design you received off of me and the original image stays on their toyhouse, and my credit as the designer stays in tact.
Do not use my designs for hateful purposes, or draw them with flags / symbols / speech of hate. Anyone found using my designs for these purposes will be blocked and blacklisted.
If a characters original design is trans (i.e, top surgery scars are present) please DO NOT remove these from the design. As a trans creator, making characters who identify as such is important to me. Please do not change their identity if this is present.

My designs must not be claimed as your own. When posting them elsewhere, please credit my toyhouse or my instagram (mossmuttz)
Please do not sell my designs to users who don’t have toyhouse profiles! Please refrain from deleting toyhouse profiles of designs received from me.
Kink / NSFW usage of my designs are fine as long as you are an adult. If a design of mine has nsfw art / is nsfw, please don’t sell them to minors.
Merch and physical creations of my designs is always welcome, as long as my art is not used for commercial use. But fursuits, plushies, badges etc are more than welcome! I’d love to see your physical items if you make any.

I am a busy university student with a bar job outside of being an artist. Please allow some time for me to complete your commissioned work, however, if you feel as though it has been a while and haven’t heard back from me please give me a nudge, sometimes i will genuinely forget / lose track of commissioners.
I do not do refunds on commissions if the artwork is already sketched/started. Any chargebacks that are unauthorised / not agreed prior will result in a block & blacklist.
I will not draw hateful, harmful or crude artwork. Asking me to draw something of any sort that is hateful (e.g, racist, homophobic, hate symbols) will result in a blacklist & block.
Payment must be made before i start the work. Unless, for the comfort of the commissioner, you may pay after the sketch (please ask for this)

Please do not continuously harass me about a commission. Occasional Questions / update requests are fine, but please don’t be excessive.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission received that i do not feel comfortable, able, or willing to complete. This is often not personal, just a choice of my own.
I am happy to make small edits to commissions, such as minor line changes, etc. However, if you change your mind about commission details (e.g, different pose all together) I may charge extra if it requires me to make a whole new art piece.
ALL commission payments must be made in GBP (£).

FREE designs may not be sold for real currency unless there is extra art added to them (whether this be personal or commissioned).

Designs obtained via TRADES may be resold but only as long as they are sold for their worth (personal art does count towards this!).

Designs obtained via SALES may not be sold for more than their base value.
