general

You may give them a name/gender/new outfit/pet/accessories. You may not claim my artwork as your own. You may not create a Catfie without my permission. Please credit or link me when re-posting my artwork. I would also appreciate it if you credit me as the designer when drawing my design. You do not have to follow the Catfies lore if you wish to develop your own story.

ownership

After purchase, you own full right to the design. You may resell, trade or gift to other people. The copyright of my artwork and Catfies belong to me, meaning that I have the right to include them in my gallery or portfolio.

trade / resell / gift / voucher

You must inform me when you resell, trade or gift away my design, with the new owner's name and transaction details. You may not make a profit out of my design. Such as reselling for higher than their original price. (unless it comes with paid commission) If a design was obtained via trade, gift or voucher, you may not resell the design for any monetary value nor voucher.

edit

You must inform me if you wish to modify or edit my design. You may not modify my official artwork. Color edits are the only expectation but only do it if you're confident. (Cropping for profile icon/banner is fine) You may not change their traits. Trait upgrade options will be available in the near future. The modified design must still resemble the original. Check with me if you're ever unsure. Please hold on to the original file for future rehoming purposes. You must provide the original file to a new owner, and clearly stated your modifications.

payment

Payment must be sent within 24 hours after confirmation. Cash payments are always in USD via Paypal. I only do holds for past buyers, for a maximum of 3 days. Payment plan is available for any amount over $100. It must be within a reasonable timeframe and with a down payment. Please discuss this with me before you make a purchase.

auction

Please only bid if you have the money, do not edit or retract bids. If the winner cannot pay in 24 hours after auction ends, I'll pass the adopt to the previous highest bidder or put it back into auction.

giveaway / raffle

When designs are obtained via giveaways, they're considered to be a gift. Hence you may not resell for any monetary value. I do not allow trading for these designs anymore. For special cases (e.g. comes with multiple commissions), talk to me and I may allow you to rehome it via trade. If you no longer desired to own a design, you must check with me first before gifting. Honestly, I would rather that you return the design to me. You may not hold a giveaway/raffle yourself with my designs.

violators

Violators will be publicly blacklisted and ban from obtaining future designs. Please be nice and respectful to everyone. Rude behavior/harassment/drama etc. will not be tolerated
