If you meet her the first time you will think she is a nice person but she isn´t. Everyone who gets a little bit to close to her dies.She has the ability to kill someone only by touching (It also triggers if she Kisses someone). She can also see how long a person have to live and can communicate with ghost and other ethereal creatures. Her job is to bring the souls of death people into the afterlife.

A long time of her life she only killed people for fun. She like to see how fast peple can die and why. One day her vather came to her and saied she should find some friend because she need some to understand that killing is not everything in her life. but instead of finding some nice friends and stop killing someone, she got to be friend with 2 other girls that likes to Kill. The trio Destroyed a lot of Citys and killes thousands of people.
Because of this, her vather had no other Choise. He sealed her skills into a necklace so she cant use her full power. Than he sad to his daughter she have to finde some real friend not allies that help her to destroy and kill everything and everybody.

Answer: Its not the ability to kill so easy that make it so funny. Its the diversity. Its interesting to see how mutch you need to kill someone or how fast a human could die.
